- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is counted based on actual usage. Anyone in your company domain who creates or edits an event through Foxagile during the billing period is counted as a seat for that month. You’re only billed for active usage—no need to manually manage seats.
- How are we billed each month?
- You can choose between two billing methods: receive a monthly invoice or have payments charged automatically to your saved payment method. You can update this preference anytime in your Settings.
- Do I need to provide a payment method to start the free trial?
- No. You can start the 15-day free trial without entering a payment method. You’ll only need to add one when you choose to continue after the trial ends.
