We’re here to help.

Whether you’re having trouble connecting your calendar or have a billing question, we’ll make sure you get help quickly.

Account setup

How do I get started?

An admin registers the company and fills out the billing information. Once the company is registered, all users in that domain can sign in using Google single sign-on (SSO). Integration with more providers are on the way.

Do individual users in the company need to register?

No, registration only needs to be done once per company.

Calendar

How do I add flexibility for an existing event?

Edit the event and check the enable flexibility box. It’s recommended to add flexibility to recurring events (like team standups and 1-on-1s) to get the most benefit. You can only edit events that you’re the organizer for.

How do I add flexibility for a new event?

When creating an event, check the enable flexibility box. For non-recurring events, you can also choose to create with Smart Schedule; events created with Smart Schedule automatically have flexibility enabled.

What flexibility types are supported?

  • Event instance: Date(s) + time window
  • Daily/Weekdays series: Time window
  • Weekly/Monthly series: Day(s) of week + time window

What happens if both instance and series flexibility are set?

The instance’s flexibility overrides the series flexibility for that occurrence. Other occurrences in the series continue to follow the series settings.

How do I use Smart Schedule?

You can use Smart Schedule when creating a new event or viewing an existing event that you’re the organizer for. Smart Schedule is only available for an event instance (either a non-recurring event or a single instance of a series).

How does Smart Schedule work?

Smart Schedule finds the best slot by looking at attendees’ calendars and flexible events created by your teammates. Cross-domain flexibility isn’t supported: it won’t attempt to move an event created by someone in a different company, even if they marked it as flexible.

What happens if I don’t have access to an attendee’s calendar?

If you don’t have access to an attendee’s calendar (they haven’t shared availability with you), Smart Schedule will not consider that attendee when searching for an open slot.

How close to the start time can Smart Schedule move my event?

Smart Schedule will not move any event that is starting in the next hour.

What if I don’t want my event to get moved?

You can turn off flexibility for your event at any time to prevent it from being moved.

How do I add a conference to my event?

Click Add Google Meet conference when creating or editing an event. We don’t yet support adding other providers (e.g., Zoom) directly in Foxagile. However, if your event already has non-Meet conference details, Foxagile will keep that information intact when moving the event—you just can’t add or change those conference details from within Foxagile.

Billing & invoices

Where can I see my invoices?

Go to Settings Manage in Billing Portal. There you can update your payment method and billing information, and view your full invoice history.

How does auto pay work?

To have your payment method charged automatically each month, turn on auto pay in Settings and add a payment method in the Billing Portal.

If I don't use auto pay, how long do I have to pay an invoice?

Invoices must be paid within 7 days to prevent interruption to using Foxagile.
